Your Plate Is Your Code
Your number plate is your referral code, so there is nothing to remember. When a friend joins with your plate, you both get a month of membership.

They give your plate when they sign up.
After their 3rd monthly payment. If they buy an annual pass, your month arrives straight away.
The reward is membership time only. Up to 3 free months in any 12. Referrals within your own household do not count (clause 23).

Tap Join on the pass you want. WhatsApp opens with your pass, billing and car size filled in; add your plate and send. Start on WhatsApp, finish at any Centre. By joining you agree to our Membership Terms.
One pass covers one vehicle, identified by its number plate. You can wash once per vehicle per day, at any of our five Centres (clauses 15 and 16).
Saloons and hatchbacks (Vitz, Axio, Demio, Mazda 3, Golf) are Saloon. Crossovers, large 4x4s, double cabs, vans and 7-seaters (X-Trail, RAV4, CX-5, Prado, Land Cruiser, Hilux, Noah, Voxy) are SUV.
Passes are for personal use only, so taxis, ride-hailing, delivery and dealer vehicles are not covered (clause 16.3). For business vehicles, see Corporate and fleet.
Platinum VIP includes 2 treatments a month, chosen from underbody wash, wax or engine wash. The allowance resets on your billing date and does not carry over (clause 16.4).
You can upgrade any time. Monthly members can downgrade from the next billing date. Annual members cannot downgrade mid-term (clause 17).
Monthly fees are due on the same date each month, with a reminder 3 days before. Annual passes do not renew automatically; we remind you 14 days before expiry (clause 18). Pay by M-Pesa Paybill 671004 (account: your car registration) or card. We do not accept cash.
Your membership pauses until you pay. After 30 days it ends, and a founding member rate is lost (clause 19).
Cancel a monthly pass on WhatsApp +254 723 828 618 or at a Centre, at least 3 days before your billing date. There are no part-month refunds. Annual passes get a full refund within 7 days if unused (clause 24).
Yes, free once a year (twice for Platinum VIP), then KES 500 each time. Temporary swaps of up to 14 days are possible on request (clause 22).
Weekday Warriors who join between 1 October and 30 November 2026 pay the founding rate for their first billing cycle, then the standard price. One per person and vehicle, and it cannot be combined with other offers (clause 20).
Yes, up to 4 cars, with household pricing for each extra car. Message us on WhatsApp for your household price (clause 21).
