What earns points?
Eligible spend at our Centres: Detail Experiences, add-ons and detailing. You earn 1 point per KES 1, and 2 points per KES 1 from Tuesday morning to Thursday evening.
Do membership fees earn points?
No. Monthly and annual membership fees never earn points, on any day. New members get a one-time welcome bonus instead.
What is the welcome bonus?
When you join the Membership Club you get welcome points equal to your pass's monthly price. Annual members get 12 times that. For example, Gold annual for a saloon comes with 38,400 welcome points.
How do I redeem?
Once you have 500 points or more, ask at the counter or on WhatsApp to use them.
How do I check my balance?
Reply POINTS to us on WhatsApp and we send your balance back.
